The hotel rooms felt reasonably basic and a bit dated, lacking in Sky Television, and the WiFi signal was weak. On the plus side, the rooms come with x2 cookies and all the standard amenities like a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, air conditioning, TV, and free single sign-in WiFi. The service at Ventura was impeccable with 100% satisfaction, and they even provided a continental breakfast. The location was convenient, within walking distance to main restaurants and close to essential amenities. The dining experience was delightful, exceeding expectations with options like crumpets, cereal, and toast. Overall, Ventura lacks modernity in its rooms but makes up for it with exceptional service and a lovely dining experience.
